Online Guide and Documentation
For Nimbit clients, most common issues can be resolved by logging
in to your Nimbit Dashboard. The 'User Guide' has documentation and
FAQ pages on a variety of topics covering all aspects of your Nimbit
account.
Weekend and Evening Email Support: This is the most efficient
way to get support.
If the guides don't help with your question, use our online Support
Ticket System to submit a question and receive help via email. To
create a Support Ticket, simply log in to your Nimbit Dashboard and
under 'Help' select 'Get Help Now'. Please enter as much detail as
you can. The support team will log the issue and respond promptly
with an answer.

If you are unable to log in to your account and create a help ticket,
you can send an e-mail message to support@nimbit.com.
Please include your domain name with all support requests.
